About The Creator
As the creator of Live to Imagine, Kari Kelvie is passionate about expanding awareness of the power of the imagination. Through her personal journey of exploration, she encourages others to have dreams and understand how to follow them in order to achieve them. Her first children’s book, Whisper in the Night, became available in 2016. Kari is a resident in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex and is married with two children. She also works in the technology industry as a Senior Consultant and co-founded a software company where she served on the Board of Directors and as Secretary from 2003 – 2014. She received a Bachelors of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1996.
Mission
Live to Imagine seeks to be a source to encourage others to lead more joyful lives through a better understanding of the power of the imagination. We are all unique, and using our imaginations to first visualize our desires will lead us on the path towards achieving a life of our own choosing.
Why Live to Imagine?
Live to Imagine has been and continues to be a lifelong project of experience. Through my 45 years of life, I’ve achieved many successes. I’ve also overcome many obstacles that were necessary to achieve who I am today and who I will be in the future. The greatest gem of truth that I have learned through the most courageous of ways is that our thoughts and subsequent actions dictate where we are and where we will be in the future. The challenges I have experienced along the way have shaped who I am, and through countless hours of trial and error and persistence, I have found that life can be and is an adventure worth living to its fullest potential. The reward in a consciously traveled road, first born through desires that only our unique imaginations can provide, can lead to true happiness and joy. I continue to prove this theory in addition to witnessing it unfold in the lives of others, and Live to Imagine seeks to be a tool that you can use to propel your own journey towards what you imagine and creatively craft a unique experience that only you can achieve.
